It’s Christmas Eve Eve, which for me, can only mean one thing. Tonight I make the annual journey back down to the Motherland of Kent for Christmas.
Tomorrow will start with an early trip to the Butchers and the rest of the day spent mostly in the kitchen preparing veg, cooking my Christmas gammon, making stuffing, gravy, cheesecake and probably whipping up a few snowballs!
So, for now, I’m signing off for the Christmas break. I hope you have a fabulous Christmas and I’ll be back in the New Year with cocktail masterclasses, reviews of Kineta matcha green tea and Balsajo black garlic and a very special January challenge.
